DriveKNMS operates a dedicated M200 test bench comprising a functional MPC240 CPU, calibrated power supply rack, and licensed Bachmann SolutionCenter engineering software. Each CNT204 unit undergoes the following verification procedure: (1) backplane insertion and firmware version readback; (2) encoder simulation test across all four channels using a calibrated pulse generator at 100 Hz, 10 kHz, and 500 kHz; (3) accumulator overflow and reset function verification; (4) SBus communication integrity check under sustained I/O load; (5) thermal soak at 55 °C for 2 hours with continuous channel monitoring.
