Before Shipment
Please confirm exact model number, quantity, required condition, destination and any certificate or packing needs before order confirmation. Photos or nameplate details are recommended when replacement compatibility matters.
Return Review
Return eligibility depends on the quotation terms, product condition, supplier route and whether the item was ordered as new, surplus, refurbished, obsolete or project-specific stock. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Damage Or Mismatch
If an item arrives damaged or materially different from the confirmed quotation, contact us promptly with order details, photos and packing information so the issue can be reviewed.
