Quality Control for the AC500 Range

AC500 modules present specific test challenges due to their integrated S500 backplane bus, dual Ethernet PHY layers, and onboard PROFIBUS-DP ASIC. Each CPU module undergoes power-on self-test (POST) verification, firmware version confirmation, and full I/O bus communication test using a live S500 I/O rack.
