Stage 3 – Firmware Version Verification: Where applicable, firmware revision is confirmed and documented. Mismatched firmware between the NGPS13C and the host system is a known source of intermittent faults that are difficult to diagnose in the field.
Stage 4 – Functional Bench Test: The board is powered and tested under controlled conditions to confirm basic operational integrity before packaging.
Stage 5 – Anti-Static Packaging and Documentation: Units are packaged in ESD-safe materials with a condition report and revision record included in the shipment.
