Technical Dossier
The Bently Nevada 330101 Series represents the industry-standard eddy-current proximity probe line deployed across global heavy industry installations, including petrochemical refineries, nuclear power stations, offshore platforms, and rotating machinery facilities. Manufactured by Baker Hughes (formerly GE Bently Nevada), the 330101 probe is the primary sensing element in the 3300 XL 8mm Proximity Transducer System — a triaxial vibration and position monitoring platform that has accumulated decades of field-proven reliability in turbomachinery protection applications. These probes are designed to operate with the 330180 extension cable and 330130/330190 proximitor sensor to form a complete transducer loop, and are fully compatible with Bently Nevada 3500 Series rack-based machinery protection systems.
The following SKUs represent verified, commonly deployed configurations within the 330101 proximity probe family, organized by cable length and mounting configuration:

Q: Can you support multi-unit or repeat RFQ requests?
A: Yes. Send the model list, target quantity and destination so DRIVEKNMS can review sourcing options and quote the requirement as a project RFQ.
Each 330101 proximity probe processed through DriveKNMS undergoes a structured verification protocol specific to eddy-current transducer systems. Testing includes: static gap sensitivity verification against the nominal 7.87 V/mm (200 mV/mil) output curve using a calibrated aluminum target; insulation resistance measurement on the coaxial cable assembly; tip impedance check to confirm coil integrity; and full-loop functional test when paired with a 330130 or 330190 proximitor sensor. Probes exhibiting sensitivity deviation exceeding ±2% from nominal, or cable insulation resistance below 100 MΩ, are rejected and not offered for resale. All test results are logged and available to customers upon request.
