Its installation base spans tens of thousands of turbines, compressors, pumps, and gearboxes operating under API 670 machinery protection requirements. The series is characterized by a standardized 8 mm probe tip diameter, a defined linear measurement range, and a driver output sensitivity of 200 mV/mil (7.87 V/mm), making it directly interchangeable within existing Proximitor sensor loops without recalibration of the monitoring rack.

The Evolution of NSv Architecture
