Technical Dossier
The Blomiky ZJBX series of Electronic Speed Controllers (ESCs) occupies a defined position in the light industrial and UAV/RC automation segment. ZJBX-series units are deployed across applications requiring precise brushless motor control, including automated assembly lines, unmanned aerial platforms, and small-scale robotic systems. The series is characterized by compact form factor, configurable PWM input ranges, and compatibility with a broad range of brushless DC motors rated from 2S to 6S LiPo. In heavy-industry adjacent applications — including conveyor drive systems, automated guided vehicles (AGVs), and inspection drones used in chemical plants and infrastructure facilities — ZJBX controllers provide a cost-effective, field-replaceable control node.
The ZJBX platform was developed to address the demand for standardized, interchangeable ESC modules in multi-axis brushless drive systems. Early ZJBX variants (pre-2020) used discrete MOSFET arrays with external capacitor banks, requiring manual calibration via throttle-range programming. Mid-generation units introduced integrated BEC (Battery Elimination Circuit) outputs, reducing wiring complexity in embedded installations. Current-generation ZJBX modules incorporate firmware-programmable brake modes, active freewheeling, and thermal cutoff protection. Compatibility across generations is maintained at the PWM signal level (standard 50Hz, 1000–2000μs pulse width), though BEC voltage output and current ratings vary by sub-model. Integrators replacing early-generation units with current stock must verify BEC load capacity and motor KV rating alignment before substitution.
The following SKUs represent the documented ZJBX series range. Each unit is classified by primary function and rated operating parameters.

DriveKNMS maintains a dedicated inventory of both current-production and end-of-life ZJBX series ESC modules. For units that Blomiky has discontinued — including early discrete-MOSFET variants and fixed-BEC sub-models — DriveKNMS provides lifecycle extension support through verified surplus stock, cross-reference substitution analysis, and incoming inspection prior to shipment. All obsolete units are stored in ESD-safe, climate-controlled conditions. Customers operating legacy multi-axis platforms where a single ESC failure can halt an entire production line are advised to maintain a minimum buffer stock; DriveKNMS can assist with buffer quantity calculations based on MTBF data and operational cycle counts. Requests for bulk obsolete stock, kitted replacements, or long-term supply agreements are handled directly by the sales team.
Each ZJBX unit processed through DriveKNMS undergoes a structured inspection protocol before dispatch. Incoming units are visually inspected for MOSFET burn marks, capacitor bulge, and PCB delamination. Functional testing is performed under load using a calibrated brushless motor test bench: throttle linearity is verified across the full PWM range (1000–2000μs), BEC output voltage is measured under rated current draw, and thermal behavior is monitored during a sustained 60-second full-load run. Units exhibiting thermal cutoff activation below rated current, non-linear throttle response, or BEC voltage drop exceeding ±0.2V are quarantined and not shipped. Test records are retained per batch for traceability. For opto-isolated variants (ZJBX-45-660, ZJBX-25-660, ZJBX-50-660, ZJBX-70-660, ZJBX-100-660), signal isolation integrity is verified using a differential signal analyzer prior to release.
