The T900 architecture provides deterministic real-time control with a modular backplane design, enabling field-level replacement of individual function modules without full system shutdown. Its installed base spans facilities in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, where long equipment lifecycles (15–25 years) make spare parts availability a critical operational concern. The T900 PN 122138 is a control system module specifically interfaced for Cymer laser platforms, handling signal conditioning, interlock logic, and system-level diagnostics within the T900 rack assembly.
