The Fuji Electric OPC-G11S series is the dedicated option card platform for the FRENIC-G11S and FRENIC-Lift inverter families, deployed globally in elevator and escalator drive systems. Quality Control for the OPC-G11S Range

- Visual inspection of backplane connector pins for mechanical deformation, contact oxidation, and solder joint integrity under 10× magnification.
- Functional bus communication test using a FRENIC-G11S test rig to verify option card recognition, parameter read/write, and firmware version reporting.
- For PG cards (SA530733-02 OPC-G11S-PGA, OPC-G11S-PGB, OPC-G11S-PGC, OPC-G11S-PGD): encoder signal injection test at 1024 PPR and 4096 PPR to verify pulse counting accuracy, differential signal integrity, and A/B/Z channel phase alignment.
