Technical Dossier
The GE Multilin 369-HI-R-0-0-0-0-E is a high-specification motor management relay engineered for medium-voltage motor protection in demanding industrial environments — including oil & gas upstream/midstream facilities, petrochemical plants, steel mills, and large-scale utilities. As global supply chains for legacy GE Multilin 369-series units tighten due to product lifecycle transitions, procurement managers face a critical decision: secure verified surplus stock now or risk unplanned downtime costs that dwarf the unit price.
At DriveKNMS, we maintain an active sourcing network across authorized distributors, OEM-certified surplus channels, and bonded warehouses globally. Our compliance team verifies authenticity, firmware revision, and physical condition before any unit ships.

Procurement decisions for protection relays are rarely about unit price alone. The true cost calculus involves three factors:
DriveKNMS sources directly from bonded surplus channels and cross-references serial numbers against known counterfeit databases. We do not repackage or relabel units. What you receive is what we describe.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Standard terms are 100% T/T in advance for first-time orders. Established customers with credit history may qualify for Net 30 or LC at sight. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
Q: Is the 12-month warranty transferable?
A: Yes. The warranty is tied to the unit serial number and transfers with the unit regardless of end-user. Documentation is provided at shipment.
Q: Do you offer volume discounts?
A: Yes. Orders of 3+ units typically qualify for 5–10% discount. Orders of 10+ units are priced on a project basis. Submit an RFQ with your quantity and timeline for a formal quotation.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Units may be returned within 30 days of receipt if found to be non-conforming to the agreed specification. Return shipping is covered by DriveKNMS for verified defects. Buyer-initiated returns for non-defective units are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Q: Can you source the newer GE 869 series as an alternative?
A: Yes. If the 369-HI-R-0-0-0-0-E is unavailable or if your engineering team is open to platform migration, we can source and configure the GE Multilin 869 as a functional replacement. We provide a compatibility assessment at no charge.
