A: Units may be returned within 30 days of receipt if they arrive in a non-functional state and the fault is confirmed by our technical team. Return shipping costs are covered by DriveKNMS for verified defective units.

Q: Can you source related FX1-series accessories (cables, memory cassettes, expansion modules)?
A: Yes. We regularly source FX-232AW communication adapters, FX-EEPROM-8L memory cassettes, and FX1N expansion I/O modules. Include your full BOM in your RFQ for a consolidated quote.

Q: Is this unit RoHS compliant?
A: The FX1-16MR predates RoHS directives and is not RoHS compliant. If your facility requires RoHS-compliant hardware, we recommend evaluating the FX3U or iQ-F series as a migration path.
