The C200PC-ISA13-SRM-E is a Sysmac Bus Remote I/O master module designed for ISA-bus PC integration, enabling host PC-based supervisory control over distributed C200H remote I/O racks. This architecture was a standard solution for SCADA-integrated DCS environments throughout the 1990s and 2000s and remains operational in numerous legacy installations requiring long-term maintenance support.
The C200PC platform emerged as Omron's response to the demand for PC-integrated industrial control in the early 1990s. It bridged the C200H modular PLC backplane with ISA-bus host computers, allowing engineers to run ladder logic supervision and data acquisition from a single industrial PC.
