Technical Dossier
Q: How are RFQ terms confirmed?
A: Quantity, required condition, documentation needs, destination and sourcing route are confirmed during RFQ review before quotation.
The following SKUs represent verified, commonly stocked configurations within the 1FT6 series. Organized by frame size and encoder type:
Frame Size 063 — Compact Axis Applications
Frame Size 084 — Mid-Range Axis Drives
Frame Size 105 — High-Torque Axis Drives
Frame Size 132 — Heavy-Duty Spindle & Press Applications
Resolver-Based Variants (Legacy SIMODRIVE 611 Compatibility)
Q: How is condition confirmed before quotation?
A: Available condition, photos, test records and documentation are checked according to the requested model and sourcing channel before a formal RFQ response.
Each 1FT6 unit processed by DriveKNMS undergoes a structured test protocol specific to the mechanical and electrical architecture of the series. Winding insulation resistance is measured at 500V DC (minimum 100 MΩ acceptance threshold). Phase-to-phase resistance balance is verified within ±2% tolerance. Encoder signal integrity — including index pulse, A/B quadrature symmetry, and sin/cos amplitude for 1Vpp variants — is validated on a dedicated servo test bench running SINAMICS S120 firmware. Bearing condition is assessed via vibration spectrum analysis (ISO 10816-3 Class II criteria). Motors with integrated holding brakes are tested for static torque retention and release response time. All test data is logged and supplied with the unit on dispatch.
