The Evolution of FS Series Architecture

The Honeywell Safety Manager platform was introduced in the early 2000s as a successor to the FSC (Fail Safe Controller) series, inheriting its proven triple modular redundancy (TMR) and dual modular redundancy (DMR) logic but migrating to a modern backplane and communication architecture.
